PM10 sampling head for AE33

Post by vriffault »

Dear all,

we currently run our AE33 on the ATOLL platform in Lille with a PM1 inlet (BGI SCC 1.197).
ACTRIS recommendations are to run it in PM10.

I would appreciate any feedback on the types of sampling head that you use/recommend for this measurement before implementing the correct size cut-off.

Thanks,
Veronique

Hi Véronique,

the 50% cut-off diameter of sampling heads depends on the flow rate (of course).
Is the AE33 the only instrument sampling from this line ?
If not, what is the total flow rate in the line?

Cheers,

jp

Indeed we have a separate line, with the AE33 sampling directly at 5 LPM.
